Bookings Must be made within 4 weeks of your event.
A $200 Deposit is required when booking to secure your date. You can make payment via our bookings page.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 days prior to your event, if funds are not received we will assume you have cancelled & your $200 deposit will non refundable.
We will deliver & set up a candy buffet, within a 40km radius of West Footscray, VIC. Any Candy buffet set ups outside this 40km radius will incur a $20 fuel surcharge

Final payment must be made in full 4 days prior, this can be arranged via bank deposit or paypal. You will receive an invoice 7 days prior to your event as a reminder.

We understand accidents can happen! A $140 security bond is to be paid with your final payment, in the unlikely circumstance that some of the glassware is broken or any of the props or scoops are misplaced, we will deduct the value of the item out of the security bond, the remaining balance will then be transferred back to you within 1 day after your event.

On the day of your event, a Sweet B representative will set up your Candy Buffet 2 hours prior to the commencement of your event. We will then arrive back at the end of your event to dismantle the buffet & clean up. Alternative time arrangements can be made to accommodate your situation.
We will package up the remaining goodies all for you to keep!
If your event stretches over the course of a few days, we would be happy to also accommodate, please contact us for a quote.
Your candy buffet can be set up outside, all we require is a flat surface for our table to stand on. It is also advised to locate your buffet in an area away from the sun, so your goodies dont melt!

Here at Sweet B's we understand that sometimes lollies dont always fit into some guests dietary requirements, we offer a Sugar- Free selection of goodies, please bear in mind these selections may not always fit into customised colour coordinated buffets. Please contact us for a full price list on our sugar free options.
Please note that some of our lollies contact traces of nuts, if you are interested in a Nut free option or have any questions, please contact us we also we would happy to accomodate.

Sweet B's do not recommend giving any lollies to small children under the age of 3, as they may be a choking hazard.
As our jars are delicate it is recommended that children under the age of 12 are supervised by an adult, while selecting candy from the buffet.
